Overview

The following fee schedule applies to physicians seeking board certification in the subspecialty of Hospice & Palliative Medicine.

Subspecialty Certification

The full exam fee of $1,200 must be received by July 1.

Refund policy

Rejected applications: 75% refund (Note: Prior to submitting your application, please be certain that you meet the criteria.)
Cancellation by candidate:

• 0-30 days before the exam: no refund
• 31 days or more prior to the exam date: 50% refund

There will be no refund on late fees.
