Overview
The following fee schedule applies to physicians seeking board certification in the subspecialty of Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
Subspecialty Certification
The full exam fee of $1,200 must be received by July 1.
There is a nonrefundable fee of $360 for withdrawals prior to August 1 and $600 for withdrawals between July 1 and Aug 1. No refund is granted for any withdrawal submitted after August 1.
