Component 3: Cognitive Assessment

Overview

There is no longitudinal assessment requirement for diplomates who earn the OMT designation through the Distinct Osteopathic Examination Committee (DOEC) pathway.

Diplomates must complete eight (8) hours of AOBFP-approved hands-on OMT training or successfully pass one (1) performance exam every nine (9) years.
