Applications and Payment

Overview

Application fees are non-refundable. Cancellations received three weeks or more prior to the exam date will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than three weeks prior to the exam are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

Exam Fees

Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Initial Written Exam 

  • Examination fee: $1,100
  • Late fee: $330

Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine OCC Recertification Written Exam 

  • Examination Fee: $1,100
  • Late fee: $330

Exam Cancellation Fees

  • 0–30 days before the exam: no refund
  • 31 days or more prior to the exam date: 50% refund
  • No refunds of late fees
  • Rejected Applications: 75% refund
