Applications and Payment

Overview

There is a nonrefundable fee of $250 for cancellations of primary and recertification examinations within the 30 days prior to the established examination date. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Executive Committee, upon written request.

Applications received after the deadline will be assessed a $250 late fee. No applications will be accepted within 30 days of the exam date.
